Publish your international partnership opportunity

Looking for distributors, importers or local partners? Describe your products, choose your target countries and publish a clear business proposition for signed-in BIGEXPORT members.

Publishing requires active Premium Supplier: US$99 / 12 months, taxes included. Signed-in members browse free. Listings are reviewed; enquiries and agreements are not guaranteed.

Give your next market a clear business proposition

Entering a new market means more than naming a country. Manufacturers and exporters need partners who understand routes to market, product positioning and local customers. An advertisement brings your offering, intended territory and partner expectations together, so a business can assess whether a conversation makes sense before contacting you.

Technology brands, SaaS providers and service companies can also describe a reseller, distribution or representative opportunity. Explain the commercial model you actually offer, rather than treating every partner as a distributor. A focused listing helps readers distinguish a product resale opportunity from a franchise or a local representation role. BIGEXPORT provides the listing space, not market research, due diligence or a promise of qualified prospects.

Five ways to build a local presence

Distributor

A distributor develops a sales channel for your products, often supplying retailers or business customers. A machinery manufacturer could seek a distributor with installation and after-sales capabilities. State the territory and expected responsibilities; do not imply exclusivity unless it is genuinely offered.

Importer

An importer brings goods into the destination market and handles the agreed import responsibilities. A packaged-food exporter could look for a company experienced in import procedures and local distribution. Clarify which product range and target countries the opportunity concerns.

Dealership

A dealer sells your products or services within an agreed commercial arrangement. An equipment brand or software provider might offer dealership or resale rights. Explain sales scope, support and the capabilities you expect without suggesting that a dealership is automatically a franchise.

Franchise

A franchise involves operating under a brand and business model, not simply reselling products. A service chain could describe the operating concept, training expectations and applicant requirements. Any investment or contractual terms should be explained accurately by the advertiser.

Country representative

A country representative supports local business development or representation. An industrial services company might need local sector knowledge and customer relationships. Describe the mandate clearly; representation does not necessarily include importing goods or holding stock.

What a useful partnership advertisement includes

Select a sector from the existing industry taxonomy, your company’s country of origin and one or more target countries. Give the opportunity a precise title and explain the actual products or services, partnership model and commercial scope. List the ideal partner’s experience, capabilities and responsibilities. Specific requirements are more useful than a broad promise of “great potential”.

Choose the business email, telephone or website you want members to use. At least one business contact channel is required, and you explicitly consent to sharing it with signed-in members. Account details and billing information are not a public contact source. Listing text remains in the language you write; do not assume it will be translated automatically.

From company profile to reviewed listing

  1. Join as a supplier

Sign in or create an account and complete your company profile with the Supplier role. A buyer-only account does not gain publishing rights just by purchasing Buyer Premium.

  2. Activate Premium Supplier

Use the existing Premium Supplier membership, US$99 for 12 months including taxes. The supplier role and an active membership are both required; renewal is not automatic.

  3. Prepare your advertisement

Choose one partnership type, target countries and sector. Write the description and requirements, select your business contacts and confirm that members may see them.

  4. Submit for review

BIGEXPORT reviews the submitted advertisement before it is visible. Membership payment is not approval of the advertisement and does not guarantee leads or a commercial relationship.

  5. Talk directly with businesses

Once published, members can use your listed business contact details to contact you outside BIGEXPORT. There is no internal application form, inbox or paid contact unlock for these listings.

Member access, not a public directory

All signed-in buyer and supplier members can view available listings and the selected business contacts free of charge, without credits. Anonymous visitors cannot browse the listings. This public page explains the service; advertisements and contact information are not published here or made available for public search indexing.

Assess potential partners independently, confirm their capabilities and agree terms directly. BIGEXPORT is not a party to your business agreement, does not mediate negotiations and charges no commission on a resulting relationship.

Clear requirements. One supplier membership.

Premium Supplier costs US$99 for 12 months, taxes included, with no automatic renewal. Only an active Supplier company can publish. Buyer Premium does not confer Supplier publishing rights. If Premium expires, the listing is hidden; renewal makes an unchanged, still-published listing visible again. Membership enables the feature, not a guaranteed successful partnership.

Questions before you publish

Is publishing a listing free?
No. Publishing requires an active Premium Supplier membership at US$99 for 12 months, taxes included. Viewing and direct business contact are free for signed-in members and use no credits.
Who can publish?
A company with the Supplier role and active Premium Supplier membership. Buyer-only members can browse, but Buyer Premium alone does not allow publishing.
Are prospective partners guaranteed?
No. BIGEXPORT does not guarantee enquiries, partner suitability, sales or agreements. Businesses are responsible for checking each other and negotiating their own terms.
Can I target several countries?
Yes. Select one or more target countries and describe the territory and partner requirements clearly. Each advertisement has one partnership type.
Can public visitors see my listing?
No. Listings and their selected business contacts are accessible only to signed-in members. This service introduction page is public and indexable.
How do companies contact me?
Through the business email, telephone or website you choose and consent to share. Contact takes place directly, not through an internal BIGEXPORT inbox or application form.
What happens when Premium expires?
The listing is hidden. Renewing Premium restores visibility for an unchanged listing that remains published; rejected, paused or unapproved listings do not become approved through payment.
