How does BIGEXPORT assess suppliers and buying requests?
Buying requests are assessed by product category, sector and supply capabilities. Supplier company accounts are subject to the existing registration and eligibility rules. BIGEXPORT does not claim to independently verify every company's documents, production capacity or buyer budgets.
Are all suppliers on BIGEXPORT verified or certified?
No. Suppliers have different statuses — Candidate, Registered and Verified — and Premium is a paid membership, not a verification status. Certificates and standards mentioned in sector guides are general industry requirements: specify them in your request, ask suppliers for the documents and check them yourself before you trade.
